My process

Working on nailing it down to more accurately communicate to stakeholders: clients, employers, collaborators, contractors, colleagues, etc.

Now that it's been more than two years of the independent consultant side of things, I've been able to actually develop a portfolio that's led to define how I work.

Specifically, how I work regardless of context. As a director, manager, individual contributor, freelancer, or consultant. I've been able to define my process.

It's greatly influenced by the design process—taught to me through four years of design study at university...and 18 years as a paid, design practitioner.

It's greatly influenced by holistic, systems-level approach and bottom-up, detailed processing.

In the same vein, integrating the breadth of experiences and diversity of contexts I've worked in.
